Terms and Conditions: 1. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid and cleared. 2. It is your responsibility to obtain any or all permissions and licenses that may be necessary for any location or venue to be used. 3. The final fee covers all shooting time until end time agreed as per the package chosen. Any hours exceeding this time will be charged at £60 per hour. Additional Costs for extended Ceremonies & Speeches are outlined in our FAQs. The Package covers 1 Ceremony - there is an additional cost for 2 Ceremonies. 4. No responsibility is accepted for restrictions placed on us by wedding officials (including, but not restricted to, position of cameras) so please ensure they are informed. 5. If for any reason beyond our control we cannot produce your wedding film we will refund the cost of your film in full and that will be the limit of our liability. In the unlikely event of complete equipment failure we will offer a full refund but will not be liable for any further damages. 6. We reserve the right to show filmed footage of your Wedding on our website & social media unless previously agreed with the Client not to. 7. Please advise us of your 5 music choices before the event. 8. We strongly recommend that you take out Wedding Insurance to protect yourselves as some Weddings need to be cancelled and our cancellation charges are as follows: The Deposit is non-refundable - should you need to change the date of your Wedding the deposit payment will transfer to the re-arranged date with no extra charge. If you have paid the full Wedding Cost & need to cancel the Wedding 6 months or longer prior to the Wedding Date we will reimburse 50% of your payment. 9. Your finished wedding video will be ready 10-12 weeks after the event. In peak season videos can take longer. 10. Deposit of 50% must be paid with booking unless otherwise agreed and full and final costs paid by the day of the Wedding. 11. If we have no contact with the Client within 3 months of the Wedding Day we reserve the right to delete the material.
